For years I told myself I wanted to lose weight but never had the real motivation to do it! I wanted to be skinny, but I didn’t want to work out or eat healthy. I spent too many years binge eating and drinking without any results. I tried different trainers but inevitably would give up and go back to my regular life. Well, two years ago I decided to give it one last chance and one more trainer.
Kayla and I have known each other for years so when I noticed that she had become a personal trainer I thought, why not give it another shot! Let me tell you, this girl has the patience of a saint. I cancelled more sessions than I attended at the beginning and barely followed her food plan. One day in January, I woke up and decided that 2019 was going to be my year. At this time, I didn’t realize how much of an impact Kayla was going to have on my physical and mental health.
One of the reasons I love her so much as a coach is that she takes the time to find out what works for each individual person!! She took the time to look into how my health problems can affect my nutrition and exercise plan. She tailored a nutrition and exercise plan that inevitably helped me lose close to 50 pounds. She made me feel so comfortable in our sessions that she pretty much became my therapist. She gave me the strength to walk into a gym full of people and feel confident with every step I take. I can’t thank her enough for helping me become the best version of myself. If you are looking to take that first step, then this is the girl you want in your corner!! HIGHLY recommend.
